What Is Red Light Therapy?
Red light therapy (RLT), also known as photobiomodulation (PBM), uses specific wavelengths of red (630-670nm) and near-infrared (810-880nm) light to penetrate the skin and stimulate cellular processes. Unlike UV light, which damages skin, red and near-infrared light has been shown to enhance cellular function without harmful effects.
How It Works
